Welcome back once again to “Nick’s Mix”, where I show you how to make a variety of mixed drinks in your own home using simple recipes. We’ve been making our way through our holiday series, a collection of drink recipes that’ll thrill your party guests!

Christmas Eve means Christmas parties, and what better way to celebrate than by trying out the “Rudolph-tini”? This drink is cute, and delicious – it will really put a smile on everyone’s faces!

2 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Hazelnut Liqueur (Frangelico)

1 oz. Coconut Rum

1 oz. Half and Half

1 Maraschino Cherry

2 Four-Inch Cinnamon Sticks

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients one after the other with a careful pour, except the cinnamon sticks and the cherry.

Shake your mixture. You may ask, how will you know you’ve shaken it enough? Here’s a tip. Shake long enough that the outside of the shaker starts to frost.

Next, strain your mixture into a martini glass, Garnish with the cinnamon sticks as antlers and the cherry on the rim of the glass as Rudolph’s nose! Enjoy (responsibly)!
